How long will it take to get my order?
Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days. You should receive your t-shirts within 7-14 business days from date or
order placement depending upon the carrier and the time of year.
Are the shirts good quality?
Yes, we use 100% Pre Shrunk cotton, heavy duty Gildan t-shirts and all designs are professionally silk screened.
What methods of payment can I use?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept checks or money orders at this
time.
Do you have a catalog you can mail me?
We do not offer a print catalog at this time, but you can view and order all of our latest t-shirts online at any time at
www.flipmytee.com.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept items returned for refunds and exchanges. Shipping is not refundable and refunds without an exchange are
subject to restocking fees. If there is a problem, with the t-shirt or your received the wrong tshirt, we will fix your order at
no cost.
How do I decide what size to purchase?
Our tshirts are pre-shrunk and true to size.
How much are your shipping charges?
Shipping is $3.99 for the first item and $1.99 for each additional item. Costs are calculated at checkout. We do not ship
internationally at this time.
There is a issue with my order. How do I get it fixed?
We will do whatever it takes to correct any issues that arise with an order. Simply email us at info@flipmytee.com
describing your issue in detail and we'll respond back within 48 hours.

Can I cancel an order once it has been processed and paid for?
Sorry, our purchase system is automated and all orders go into processing immediately. You are welcome to use our
return/exchange program once you have received your order.

We do not pay for tshirt design ideas, but if you a tshirt idea, please feel free to send it to us at order@flipmytee.com with
Tshirt Idea in the subject line. The next tshirt you see online may be your idea!
